Remove

Remove heater housing

Disassemble/assemble

Remove seals (5, 6, 12)

Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace seals (5, 6, 12).

Remove screws/bolts (1) and remove heater housing cover (2)

Remove heat exchanger (10) from the heater housing (7)

Remove electrical wiring harness (8)

Remove screw/bolt (9) and remove connector (11)

Installation: Replace O-rings (13).

Remove evaporator (3)

Installation: Replace O-rings (4).

Assemble in the reverse order

Install

Install heater unit
