Danger!

Danger of severe burns to skin and eyes from hot coolant spewing out. Coolant is toxic when swallowed

Open cooling system only when coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cover slowly and reduce pressure. Do not fill beverage containers with coolant. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and protective goggles.

Unclip linkage (5) on air distribution actuation lever

Remove cover (3) from heater housing (1)

Remove retainer (4) for heat exchanger (2)

Remove heat exchanger (2)

Pull heat exchanger out of heater housing toward front.

Check foam rubber seals for damage, replace if necessary

Install in opposite order

Check for leakage
