Remove/install

Remove heater housing.

Remove bracket (1).

Remove contact switch (2) from regulation valve (3).

Only for vehicles with code D6M (Hot-water auxiliary heater, cab)

Remove retaining plates (4).

Mark installation position of wire and unhook wire.

Installation: Observe marking of wire.

Remove bolts (5).

Pull out locking clamp (6) and remove regulation valve (3).

Installation: Replace O-rings.

Remove connection fitting (7) from regulation valve (3).

Only if regulation valve (3) is replaced.

9

Install in the reverse order.
