Remove, Install

Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Remove heater housing (1)

Detach hose clamp (9) on heat
exchanger (3)

Unscrew screws (4) from heater housing's (1) cover (5)

Remove cover (5) on heater housing (1)

Remove screws (6) of angle bracket (7) for heat exchanger mount on heater
housing (1)

Remove heat exchanger (3) from heater housing (1)

Protect heat exchanger (3) from damage to the lamellae. Replace heat exchanger if necessary.

Install in the reverse order

Adjust coolant to correct level

Cooling system bleeds itself automatically.
