1 | Open front flap | See Operator's Manual | |
2 | Remove spare wheel | See Operator's Manual | |
3 | Remove lower part of heater housing | ||
4 | Remove actuator rod (1) from fresh air and air recirculation flap (5) | Actuator rod (1) is secured by a retaining clip on the fresh air and air recirculation flap (5). | |
5 | Expose electrical line (3) and disconnect electrical connector (2) | Installation: Attach electrical line (3) using cable ties. | |
6 | Unscrew bolts (arrows) and remove actuator motor (4) | ||
7 | Install in the reverse order |
