Remove/install

Remove instrument panel

Expose electrical wiring harnesses routed towards the actuator motors attached to housing (1) and disconnect corresponding electrical connectors

Remove screws (2) and remove housing (1) from AC housing

4

Remove left side outlet air flap actuator motor (M16/25) from housing (1)

Installation: Check condition of adjusting mechanism. If damaged, replace with corresponding part from kinematics parts kit.

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory, delete if necessary and normalize left side outlet air flap actuator motor (M16/25)

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
