Remove and install right center air outlet air flap actuator motor

M2/13 Right center air outlet air flap actuator motor

 	Remove/Install
1	Remove AC housing	Models 211.0/2 without heater booster	AR83.30-P-5200T
		Models 211.0/2/6 with heater booster	AR83.30-P-5200TA
2	Disconnect electrical connectors (1) and expose the electrical leads	 Ensure that electrical cables are correctly routed.
3	Detach clips (2) on top on A/C housing, slide out the upper sliding clip (3) and remove
4	Turn AC housing
5	Detach clips (2) on bottom of A/C housing, slide out the lower sliding clip (3) and remove
6	Disconnect AC housing	 Place to the side with electrical leads connected.
7	Remove bolts (4)
8	Detach right center air outlet air flap actuator motor (M2/13) from A/C housing	 Installation: When replacing the right center air outlet air flap actuator motor (M2/13), the position of the axle shaft of the right center air outlet air flap must match the position of the right center air outlet air flap actuator motor (M2/13) actuator drive.
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Synchronize the actuator motors	 Menu item, Actuation, Normalization of actuator motors
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
