Remove/install

Remove cover below instrument panel on left

Remove bolts (1)

Secure screws (1) by suitable means against falling down.

Remove left center air flap actuator motor (M2/12) from A/C housing (2) and detach electrical connector (3)

Installation: When replacing the left center air flap actuator motor (M2/12), the position of the axle shaft for the left center air flap must be adapted to match the position of the actuator drive on the left center air flap actuator motor (M2/12).

Install in the reverse order

Synchronize the actuator motors
