Remove/install

Remove cover below instrument panel on right

Remove bolts (1)

Secure screws (1) by suitable means against falling down.

Remove right defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/9) from A/C housing (2) and detach electrical connector (3)

Installation: When replacing the right defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/9), the position of the axle shaft on the right defroster flap must be adjusted to match the position of the actuator drive on the right defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/9).

Install in the reverse order

Synchronize the actuator motors
