Remove/Install

Remove cross member under the instrument panel

Disconnect electrical connector (1).

Undo screws (2) as well as hidden screw (arrow) using rechargeable battery-powered screwdriver and remove left defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/8) from A/C housing (3)

Installation: When replacing the left defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/8), the position of the axle shaft for the left defroster flap must be adjusted to match the position of the actuator drive on the left defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/8).
