Disconnect electrical connection (1)

Unscrew screws (2) as well as hidden screw (arrow) and remove right air mixing flap actuator motor (M2/7) from air conditioner housing (3)

Instructions for installing actuator motors

Installation: Check condition of adjusting mechanism. If damaged, remove the corresponding part from the kinematics parts kit. When the right air mixing flap actuator motor (M2/7) is replaced, the position of the right air mixing flap drive shaft must be matched to the position of the actuator drive on the right air mixing flap actuator motor (M2/7).

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
