1 | Remove cover below instrument panel on left | ||
2 | Pull left footwell floor covering (1) forward on the side behind the instrument panel and the center console and fold over to the side | Installation: Make sure that seating of the left footwell floor covering (1) on the side behind the instrument panel and the center console is correct. | |
3 | Disconnect electrical connector (2) from left blending air flap actuator motor (M2/6) | ||
4 | Unscrew screws (3) on the left blending air flap actuator motor (M2/6) using cordless drill/driver | Prevent screws (3) from falling. | |
Rechargeable battery-powered drill/screwdriver | |||
5 | Remove left blending air flap actuator motor (M2/6) from the A/C housing | Installation: When replacing the left blending air flap actuator motor (M2/6), the position of the left blend air flap must be matched to the position of the actuating mechanism in the left blending air flap actuator motor (M2/6) with the aid of the drive adapter (4). | |
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
7 | Synchronize the actuator motors | Menu item, Actuation, Normalization of actuator motors. | |
