Remove/install actuator motor for fresh and recirculated air flaps

M2/5 Fresh air and recirculated air flap actuator motor

 	Remove/Install
1	Move front passenger seat to end position toward rear	 See Operating Instructions
2	Remove glove compartment		AR68.10-P-1400V
3	Disconnect electrical connector (1).
4	Unscrew bolts (2)
5	Loosen fresh air/recirculated air flap actuator motor (M2/5) from relay lever (3) using an appropriate screwdriver and remove	 The relay lever (3) remains mounted to the heater, AC housing (4).
		 Installation: Ensure proper position of the fresh air/recirculated air flap actuator motor (M2/5) at the relay lever (3).
6.1	Disconnect adapter (5) from fresh air/recirculated air flap actuator motor (M2/5)	When installing a new fresh air/recirculated air flap actuator motor (M2/5).
		 Installation: Observe positioning of toothing (arrows) for adapter (5) and for fresh air/recirculated air flap actuator motor (M2/5).
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Synchronize the actuator motors	 Menu item, Actuation, Normalization of actuator motors
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Diagnosis system STAR DIAGNOSIS	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
