Remove/install

Remove cross member under the instrument panel

Disconnect electrical connector (1).

Undo screws (2) as well as hidden screw (arrow) and remove fresh air/air recirculation flaps actuator motor (M2/5) from A/C housing (3)

Push A/C housing (3) on right-hand side down slightly.

Installation: When replacing the fresh air/air recirculation flaps actuator motor (M2/5), the position of the air recirculation flap axle shaft has to be adjusted to the position of the actuator drive on the fresh air/air recirculation flaps actuator motor (M2/5).

Install in the reverse order

Synchronize the actuator motors
