Unscrew screws (1)

Three screws.

Torx bit set

Remove actuator motor for fresh and recirculated air flaps (M2/5) from AC/heater housing (2)

Disconnect connector (3) from fresh/recirculated air flaps actuator motor (M2/5)

Install in the reverse order

Synchronize fresh/recirculated air flaps actuator motor (M2/5)

STAR diagnosis tool.

Remove, install actuator motor for fresh and recirculated air flaps
