| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove cover above on-board electrical system battery. | ||
Installation: Ensure that guides are seated correctly. | |||
2 | Remove wiper arms. | ||
Installation: Make sure that the driver-side wiper arm is in the upper position. | |||
3 | Release drip rails in the area of the windshield. | ||
4 | Unclip electrical connectors (2) from cover of air/water duct (1), unhook electric lines from retaining clamps (7) and place to one side. | ||
5 | Remove nuts (3). | ||
6 | Release holders (4) and remove cover of air/water duct (1). | Installation: Make sure that the sealing lip (5) is completely inserted into the gap (6). | |
Installation: Make sure that the holders (4) are correctly locked. | |||
7 | Install in the reverse order. |
