Remove/install

Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key

Remove right outside mirror

Remove trim panel of outside mirror (1)

Remove cover (2) on outside mirror

Installation: Observe installation position for cover (2).

Remove insulation (3)

Remove connector housing (4) at electrical line (7) of GSM antenna (8)

To do so, release lock (5) as shown and pull out plug (6) in direction of arrow.

Remove electrical line (7) of GSM antenna (8) at mount of outside mirror


When pulling out, ensure unobstructed movement of electrical line (7) in the opening (arrow A).
Otherwise damage to the electrical line (7) may occur.

Release GSM antenna (8) in area of catches (arrows B) from carrier plate

Detach electrical line (7) at housing of outside mirror and remove with GSM antenna (8)

Installation: Make sure that electrical line (7) is routed correctly at housing of outside mirror.

Install in the reverse order
