Remove/install right amplifier module for window antenna on the rear window

A2/73 Amplifier module 3, window antenna

1 Loosen amplifier module 3, window antenna (A2/73) from the rear-end door window using a mounting wedge and remove.

Carefully warm up repair area using a hot air gun.
Always replace amplifier module 3, window antenna (A2/73) after removing it.

2 Remove adhesive residue from the rear-end door window using Activator.

3 Treat bonding surface on the rear-end door window using glass primer bonding agent.

4 Detach protective foil from adhesive pad of amplifier module 3, window antenna (A2/73).

5 Place amplifier module 3, window antenna (A2/73) on the rear-end door window and press on.

Press on amplifier module 3, window antenna (A2/73) for approx. 5 s.
