1 | Switch off ignition and open driver door | ||
2 | Pull out filler neck (4) | When pulling out the filler neck, use suitable means to protect painted surface. | |
Collect water in suitable vessel. | |||
Danger! | Risk of injury caused by being caught or pinched as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut. | |
3 | Tilt cab | ||
4 | Remove left front water shield. | ||
5 | Remove strut in front of washer fluid reservoir | ||
6 | Detach electrical plug of combination pump (2) | ||
7 | Pull hose for pressure compensation out of washer fluid reservoir | ||
8 | Pull combination pump (2) out of washer fluid reservoir (1) | ||
9 | Remove screws on washer fluid reservoir (1). | | |
10 | Slide washer fluid reservoir (1) upwards out of bracket | ||
11 | Install in the reverse order |
