| Remove/install | ||
1 | Manually press the cabin front lid lock(1) | ||
2 | Support the front lid using stay rod (2) | ||
3 | Remove front grill cover by removing the screws (3) | ||
4 | Remove cabin RHS and LHS side grill cover (4) | ||
5 | Remove LHS and RHS front lid bracket (5) from handle | ||
6 | Remove LHS and RHS handle cap (6) from handles on both sides | ||
7 | Remove LHS and RHS handle (7) by removing the bolts from windshield cover | ||
8 | Remove wind shield washer nozzle joint hose seating cap (8) from the wind shield cover and remove the wiper arm linkage seating cap from windshield cover using screw driver. | ||
9 | Remove windshield cover (9) from cabin front wall | ||
10 | Remove LHS and RHS windshield cover seating rubber (10) | ||
11 | Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor | ||
12 | Remove wiper motor assembly (11) from cabin front wall | Wiper motor assembly on cabin front wall | |
13 | Remove wiper linkages (12) form wiiper motor | ||
14 | Remove wiper motor (13) from wiper motor bracket | Wiper motor to wiper motor bracket | |
15 | Install in the reverse order |
