Remove/install wiper linkage

4 Wiper linkage

5 Bolts

6 Nut

7 Wiper arm

Danger!

Risk of injury caused by moving parts that can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

Remove ignition key from ignition lock

Detach heater housing (3)

For removal of wiper linkage (4)

To do so, unscrew nuts (2) and remove washers (1).

Remove wiper arms (7)

Unscrew nuts (6)

Unscrew bolts (5)

Disconnect electrical connector of LHD windshield wiper motor (M7x1)

Pull out wiper linkage (4) below dash support

Install in the reverse order

Carry out function check
