| Remove, Install | ||
1 | Carefully remove both lenses (1) | Installation: Insert all of the lugs (2) on the lens unit in the mount of the overhead control panel with dome lamp (E15) and push in the lens unit. | |
2 | Press clips (arrows) back with a suitable screwdriver and remove overhead control panel with front dome lamp (E15/2) from roof trim | Installation: Press the overhead control panel with dome lamp (E15/2) into the roof trim until the clips (arrows) visually clip in. | |
3 | Remove the overhead control panel with dome lamp (E15/2) by pushing it forwards and pulling it out of the roof trim | ||
4.1 | Disconnect electrical connector (5) from the glass sliding roof/tilting roof switch | For vehicles with glass sliding roof/tilting roof (code DS9) | |
4.2 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) from the dome lamp switch | ||
4.3 | Disconnect electrical connector (3) from the ATA | ||
5 | Remove dome lamp (E15/2) | Unscrew torx bolt to do this. | |
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
7 | Perform function check |
