2 Electrical connector

3 Retaining plates

E3 Left taillamp

E4 Right taillamp

Remove/install

Open tailgate

Open lid of left or right stowage compartment in trunk

Remove first-aid box and Electric air pump from left-hand stowage compartment in trunk

When removing lamp carrier (1) of left taillamp (E3).

3.2

Fold right stowage compartment in trunk inwards

When removing lamp carrier (1) of right taillamp (E4).

Disconnect electric connector (2)

Release retainer tabs (3) on lamp carrier (1) and remove lamp carrier (1) from left taillamp (E3) or right taillamp (E4)

Installation: Check correct seating of lamp carrier (1) on left taillamp (E3) or right taillamp (E4).

Install in the reverse order

Perform function check of left taillamp (E3) or right taillamp (E4)
