 	Removal, installation
1	Open engine hood, move to vertical position		AR88.40-P-1000E
2	Unclip turn signal lamp (E6/1, E6/2), pull out to the front	Installation: The two pins (17) must be inserted into the guide.
3	Remove wiper arm (24)	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).
4	Remove cross member	Vehicles without auxiliary fan.
5	Remove radiator trim partially	Vehicles without auxiliary fan.
6	Remove ventilation grille and side covers	Model 202.028 and vehicles with air conditioning (code 580) and automatic air conditioning (code 581a).
N	Unscrew screws (26)
8	Carefully pull cover (25) forward
9	Unscrew screws (27, 28, 29)
10	Pull off electrical connection (30)
11	Pull off pneumatic line (33) from headlamp range adjustment
12	Remove headlamp unit (E1, E2) toward front	 Cover bumper to protect from scratches and gashes with rag.
13	Pull off hose (32)	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).
14	Separate connectors (M6/2x1, M6/3x1)	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).
15	Remove headlamp wiper motor (M6/2, M6/3)	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).	AR82.15-P-5500E
16	Install in opposite order
17	Check headlamp adjustment		AP82.10-P-8260A
18	Check headlamp cleaning system for proper function	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).	AR82.15-P-5500-02E
