Remove/install

Unscrew bolts (2)

Take off cover (1)

 Install cover (1) only after function test.

Detach electrical connections (3)

Remove bolts (4)

 Installation: Secure bolts (4).

Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)

Separate electrical connections (6)

 Insulate uninsulated connectors.

Unscrew bolt (5) and remove rear-end door CL motor (M14/7m1)

 Installation: Secure bolt (5).

Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)

Remove microswitch from rear-end door CL motor (M14/7m1)

Screwed version

AR80.20-D-0102-01A

 Installation: Replace microswitch with bracket.
Secure bolts.

Install in the reverse order



Check

Check closing function of lock, adjust if necessary
