Remove latch lever (1)

Position latch lever (1) vertically; unclip cover.

Installation: Ensure that the thrust plate (5) is inserted in the latch lever (1).

Remove side grab handle

Remove side trim

Detach rubber door seal in the area of the trim.

Remove inside rearview mirror

Remove sun visor

Remove top cover (2) from the windshield frame

Installation: Place spacer ring underneath.

Remove windshield frame trim (3)

Installation: Insert connectors (arrow) through the trim.

Disconnect connector (6) from the lock

Remove lock (4)

Installation: Position lock (4) centrally.

Install in the reverse order

Perform function test
