Check position of model plate (1) on carrier foil (3)

Correct if necessary.

Mask model plate (1) with adhesive tape (2)

Cleaning

Clean tailgate in area of model plate (1)

Heat tailgate in area of model plate (1)

With radiant heater to approx. 30 ° C.

Install assembly template (4) on tailgate

Align assembly template (4) on contours of tailgate.

Assembly template (4) is delivered together with new part

Remove carrier foil (3) from model plate (1)

Model plates (1) should remain fastened on the adhesive tape (2)

Align model plate (1) on assembly template (4) and press on

Remove adhesive tape (2)
