Remove/install rear-end door

D72.20-1145-06

1 Rear-end door

2 Hinge bolt

3 Pilot bushing

4 Hexagon nut

5 Hinge pillar

6 Hinge

Remove/install

Unscrew hinge bolt (2) and remove
hex. nut

Have helper hold door

Drive out hinge bolt (2) from top

Remove door (1)

5

Remove pilot bushing (3)

Replace worn bushings.

Install in the reverse order
