| Remove/install | ||
1 | Unscrew bolt (8) and remove sliding door stop (7) | Installation: Replace bolt (8). | |
Bolt, sliding door stop on sliding door | |||
2 | Unscrew bolt (6) and remove inside door opener (5) | Bolt, inner actuation on sliding door | |
3 | Remove door liner (4) | Remove door trim (4) in area of expansion rivet. | |
4 | Disconnect electrical connectors (10, 11) | Installation: Pay attention to routing of electric cable. | |
5 | Remove screw/bolts (9) | Installation: Replace bolts (9). | |
Bolt, inner door lock to sliding door | |||
6 | Remove inside door lock (1) from sliding door | Installation: Ensure that lever (arrow) for door handle is located in front of lever for inside door lock (1). | |
7 | Unhook locking rod (13) from inside door lock (1) | ||
8 | Unhook cable (3) from inside door lock (1) | Unhook retaining clip from inner door panel to facilitate installation. | |
9 | Install in the reverse order |
