Remove/install

Remove window in rear door

Remove seal (3) in area of triangular window (1) until rivet (2) is easily accessible in the upper area

Drill out rivets (2)

Carefully drill out rivets (2) to prevent damaging the tubular frame or triangular window (1)

Installation: Install new rivets (2) in with rivet gun.

Loosen triangular window (1) from tubular frame (4) in marked area (arrows) and tilt out toward front

Installation: Ensure that triangular window (1) is seated correctly in marked area (arrows).

Remove triangular window (1)

Remove drilling chips and rivet residues

7

Install in the reverse order

Remove/install rear door triangular window
