Removing and installing door liner on rear door

Removal, installation

Open crank window

Press off cover (2) from top with

installation wedge and remove.

 In order to prevent damaging the door liner grind installation wedge so that it coincides with the width of the cover.



Unscrew screw from round lock cover (4) and remove round lock cover downward.

Remove window crank (3)

Unscrew screws (6)

Press door liner (1) off of inner door panel with installation wedge from bottom, front and rear

.

 Insert installation wedge directly next to each clip.

Pry top of the door liner (1) upwards out of the clips at the sealing rail using installation wedge and at the same time pull away from the inner door panel.



Unhook linkage from inner door actuation.

Disconnect connector from power window switch.

Only on rear power windows.

Put down door liner (1)

Check foil, clips and sheet metal nuts (arrows) on inner door panel, replace if necessary.

Glue door foil to inner door panel.

Check clips on door liner and, if necessary, replace

Install in reverse order
