Remove

Remove door liner on front door

Remove grommets (1) from door module

Open window (4) until bolts (2) are accessible through assembly openings in door module

 For this purpose hold front door paneling and connect front door control unit.

Loosen bolts (2) until window (4) can be removed from brackets on power window

Adjust power window to lower end position

 Secure window (4) against falling down..

Tilt window (4) at rear in direction of arrow and remove upward from window channel on front door



Install

Install window (4) in window channel of front door and tilt opposite direction of arrow

 Secure window (4) against falling down..

Open power window until bolts (2) are accessible through assembly openings in door module

 For this purpose hold front door paneling and connect front door control unit.

Install window (4) in bracket on power window

Screw in bolts (2) several turns

Slightly press window (4) down and in direction of A-pillar and tighten bolts (2)

 Bolt/nut for attachment of side window to window lifter

Check

Check power window for proper function

 Check whether window (4) opens and closes correctly.



Install

Install grommets (1) in door module

Install front door paneling
