1 | Remove door module (1) from front door | ||
2 | Remove connector from bushing (2) on door lock, unlock release button (arrows) with suitable tool and remove bushing (2) from locking mechanism. | Do not damage lock catch during assembly | |
3 | Disconnect electrical connector (3) | ||
4 | Press expansion clip (4) toward outside with suitable tool | ||
5 | Press expansion clip (4) toward outside and remove door lock from door module (1); remove lock rod and release cable with rubber grommet (5, 6) | Installation: Before installing, raise lock catch on locking mechanism and move locking mechanism to assembly position (A)After installing door module (1) in front door, move locking mechanism to operating position (B) and fasten bolts on door panel | |
