Remove door liner on front door

Remove outer sealing rail

Remove foil on inner door panel

 Installation:
Check foil for damage, replace if necessary

Unscrew support plate (2) on inner door panel

 Fastened with 12 screws

Disconnect electrical connector from side bag (3) and remove support plate (2)

 Remove ignition key



Injury hazard! Hands and feet can be pinched or crushed when working on windows on special protection vehicles

Secure windows from falling down, use only hoisting tools provided for this purpose, wear safety shoes.

Close crank window (1)

 Installation:
Crank window should open and close without jerking, if necessary ensure that window guides are parallel and correct by loosening screws (4).

Secure crank window against falling down with suitable device



Unscrew screws (4)

Lower window lift mechanism completely

Remove crank window from outside

 Have helper secure window

Reinstall in opposite order
