Remove/install

1

Remove both door entrance trims (1) by removing mounting screws (2)

Remove RHS side trim (3) by removing mounting screws (4) and the fastener button from the trim

Remove LHS side trim (5) by removing mounting screws (6) and the fastener button from the trim

Remove RHS door beading (7) from the cabin

5

Remove driver front grip handle dummy (8) from the cabin and detach the grip handle (9)

Remove LHS door beading (10) from the cabin

7

Remove co-driver front grip handle dummy (11) and grip handle (12) from the cabin

8

Remove both trims RHS (13) LHS (14) from 'A' pillar respectively

9

Remove co-driver rear grip handle (15) from the ‘B’ Pillar

10

Remove driver rear grip handle (16) from the ‘B’ pillar

Remove LHS and RHS seat belt

12

Remove both trims (17) from bottom side of LHS and RHS seat belt side trim

13

Remove both trims LHS (18) and RHS (19) from the both ‘B’ pillars

14

Remove RHS grab roof handle dummy (20)

15

Remove LHS grab roof handle (21) by removing mounting screws (22) using screwdriver

Remove roof lamp

Remove/install roof interior lamp

Remove LHS sunvisor (23) by removing mounting screws (24)

Remove RHS sunvisor (25) by removing mounting screws (26)

Remove roof center trim (27) by removing mounting screws (28)

20

Remove LHS roof trim (29) with sunvisor seating rubber (31) and remaining mounting screws (30) from the LHS roof trim

21

Remove RHS roof trim (32) with sunvisor seating rubber (34) and remaining mounting screws (33) from the RHS roof trim

22

Remove audio box (35) by removing mounting screws (36) from the cabin roof

23

Remove front roof lining (37) eight fastener buttons from the front roof lining

24

Remove the coat hanger (38) using screwdriver

25

Remove back roof lining by removing faceless buttons (39) from the back roof lining

26

Slightly fold the rear windows beading (40) on the both windows

27

Detach the rear roof lining (41) from the cabin

28

Remove rear roof lining (41) by removing fastener buttons (42)

29

Disconnect the roof wiring harness connector (43) from the wiring harness

30

Unlock the wiring harness (44) from mounting clips

31

Detach both side marker lamp electrical connectors (45)

Remove/install side-marker lamp

Remove front roof lining by removing faceless buttons (39)

Detach the front roof lining (37) from the cabin roof

34

Securely place the roof lining (46)

35

Remove the roof lamp wiring harness (47) from the roof lining

If damage the roof lining,



Replace it

Remove LHS roof lining bracket (48) from the cabin roof

37

Remove center roof lining brackets (49) by removing two tapping screws from the cabin roof

38

Remove RHS roof lining bracket (50) from the cabin roof

39

Install in the reverse order
