Remove/install

Remove passenger seat

Only on vehicles with code SF0 (Front passenger function seat) or code SF1 (Front passenger function seat, velour).

Fold driver or front passenger seat backrest forward and move driver or front passenger seat to foremost position

Remove right door sill trim, support rod and floor mat

Remove left door sill trim, support rod and floor mat

Remove rear-wall windows (1)

Only on vehicles with code F35 (Cab rear panel with window).

 To do so, press rear-wall windows (1) outwards out of vehicle interior.

 Installation: Moisten contact surface of cab with soapy water, insert assembly cord in sealing frame of rear-wall windows (1), position rear-wall windows (1) on outside of cab and pull in with assembly cord.

Detach door seal (3) in area of rear wall paneling (2) on right and left from B-pillar

Remove tool box (5)

 Bolt, tool box to cab rear panel

Remove upper support rod from B-pillar

Only on vehicles with code FE8 (Step for construction site vehicle).

 Screw for grab handle on cab

Switch off ignition and remove voltage converter from B-pillar

Only on vehicles with code ET1 (Voltage converter 24/12V, 8A) or with code ET2 (Voltage converter 24 V/12 V, 15 A).

Remove bracket (8) of compressed air gun

Only on vehicles with code YK4 (Compressed air gun, supplied loose).

Remove rear wall paneling (2)

Transfer detachable parts of rear wall paneling (2)

Only when replacing rear wall paneling (2).

Install in the reverse order
