Remove rear side paneling (1)

Completely push driver or passenger seat toward front

Unscrew coat hook (2)

Remove plastic cap upward

Unscrew bolt (3) from automatic belt retractor

Remove cover

With emergency tensioning retractor

Without emergency tensioning retractor

Unscrew bolts from front door sill

Only the three rear bolts, then push strip to side

Unscrew paneling (4) on floor in area of B-pillar

Unscrew door sill from sliding door

Unclip paneling (5) from B-pillar

Paneling (5) has tow retaining lugs at top.

First unclip paneling (5) at bottom and then pull out downward .

Installation: Ensure that seat belt height adjustment is positioned correctly.
