Remove/install

Remove trim piece behind rear seat

with code 223 (Electrically adjustable rear bench seat)

Unclip upper trim piece (11) and lower trim piece (12)

 Disconnect upper trim piece (11) from optical fiber.

 Mounting wedge

Remove screw/bolts (1.3, 1.4)

Remove trim from C-pillar

Remove front side paneling (1.2)

Detach edge guard (2) in area of front side paneling (1.2)

Remove door sill molding (5)

Remove cover (3) and unscrew bolt (6)

Remove retaining clips (4)

On vehicles with CODE 223 (Electrically adjustable rear seats).

Unscrew nuts (7.1)

Remove clip (7.2)

Unclip clips (8) on side paneling (1.1) from bottom upward and remove side paneling (1.1)

13

Install in the reverse order
