Completely open left or right rear door

Loosen door sill molding (1) in rear area of side luggage compartment lining (2)

Press door sill molding (1) out of clips (3) with long wedge

Press door sill molding (1) out of clips (3) from rear toward front to damaging door sill molding (1).

Remove door sill molding (1)

Remove expansion clip (4).

Install

Slide expansion clip (4) into mount (5)

Replace damaged expansion clip (4).

Position door sill molding (1) and arrest clips (3)

The pin (6) is located below bottom B-pillar paneling (7)

Remove/install door sill molding
