1 | Remove foam rubber (1) between paneling (2) and partition wall (3) | ||
2 | Remove door seal (4) in area of paneling (2) | ||
3 | Fold passenger emergency seat upward and/or slide driver's seat toward front together with backrest. | ||
4 | Remove beverage holder (5) | Only on driver's side. | |
5 | Remove belt end fitting (6) | | |
6 | Unclip paneling (2) from clips (arrows) | Introduce pulling force directly in area of clips (arrows). | |
7 | Pull seat belt out of paneling (2) in area of belt height adjustment (7) | When assembling insert bolt (8) into mount (9) and locking pawl (10) into button (11) to ensure proper function of the belt height adjustment | |
8 | Detach paneling (2) | Installation: Insert paneling (2) first behind floor paneling. | |
9 | Remove belt height adjustment (7) from guide rail (12) of paneling (2) | When installing belt height adjustment (7) ensure that guide rail (12) and belt height adjustment (7) interact properly. | |
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
11 | Check belt height adjustment (7) for proper function |
