On vehicles with code (819) CD changer.

Remove walkman separation point (X39/45)

On vehicles with code (523) Audio 20 with CD changer or with
Code (525) MB Audio 50 APS radio or with
Code (527) COMAND APS with single drive (with navigation) or with
Code (529) HIGH Class Japan or with
Code (530) COMAND APS USA (with navigation) or with
Code (535) Audio 20 CD radio, USA.

Unscrew bolt (2)

Unscrew screws (3, 4, 5)

Press in catch (6)

Remove glove box (1) out of instrument panel lower section (7) at side

 Installation: First install glove compartment (1) in guide rail

Disconnect electrical connector from glove compartment illumination with switch (E13/2)

Disconnect electrical connector for ATA glove compartment switch

Only on model 209.4 with code (551) Anti-theft alarm system (ATA).

Remove electrical connector from glove compartment CL solenoid.

Only on model 209.4.

Remove glove compartment (1)

Install in the reverse order
