1 | Cut rubber frame on triangular window (arrow) all the way around from outside | ||
2 | Install cup suction tool and press out triangular window from inside toward outside | When pressing out, start atop and counterhold from outside (so that the window does not fall out). Do not detach triangular on one side only or with force. Risk of accident from glass breakage. If applicable, cut sealing adhesive at window wedge. | |

3 | Remove triangular window from cab with cup suction tool | When reusing triangular, put down on padded base. Otherwise dispose triangular window ecologically. | |

4 | Prepare triangular window for installation | Clean adhesive area with adhesive cleaner and mask window with masking tape. Apply adhesive to window edge (approx. 4 mm). The company symbol must be visible from outside. Maintain flash-off time of approx. 10 minutes to 2 hours. Immediately remove unintentional splash spots of adhesive cleaner on adjacent areas with clean, dry rag. | |

5 | Prepare triangular window cutout for installation | Repair paint damage on contact surface of window opening. Clean contact surface of window opening. | |

6 | Press triangular window from outside to window cutout | Center triangular window in relation to window cutout, press on window from outside and fix window in place with adhesive tape. | |
7 | Fill remaining joint with sealing adhesive all the way around. | | |
