Switch off ignition and remove the transmitter key from the EIS [EZS] control unit

On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press Keyless Go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off. Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).

Remove ornamental frame from rear side window (1)

Only front ornamental frame

Unscrew bolts (2)

Pivot rear side window (1) 90° (arrow A) upward

Close rear-end door to prevent damaging paint.

Remove rear side window (1) straight

Installation: Ensure that rubber lip (3) and bottom edge (arrows B) of seal (4) are seated correctly.

Install in the reverse order
