7 | Put the assemblage strip (5) all around the glass (2) under the sealing lip of the rubber seal | The overlaid area of the assemblage strip (A) must be located at the bottom part with a length of approx. 10 cm | |
8 | Put the lubricating product on the inclined side of the sealing rubber | ||
9 | Another person must press the glass (2) with the sealing rubber (1) installed on the rear wall side (7) homogeneously in the direction of the frame | Keep the two ends of the assemblage strip (5) hanging inside the vehicle | |
10 | Pull with equal force both ends of the assemblage strip (5) from the interior of the vehicle | The sealing lip of the sealing rubber (1) must be placed homogeneously all around on the rear wall coating | |
11 | Check the perfect seating of the sealing rubber (1) and if necessary, correct it | ||
12 | Remove the residues of the lubricating product from the glass (2) and sealing rubber | ||
13 | Turn the bed up and lock it | Only for vehicles with bed |
