When using windshield installed previously:
1 Cut glue residues off of windshield with scraper down to approx. 0.2 to 0.3 mm.
2 Remove loose glue (residues not completely cut off).
3 Clean bonded area with activator.
Use non-woven cleaning cloth for cleaning bonded area.
4 Allow activator to air-dry for at least 10 minutes.
5 Repair damaged screen print on windshield by covering completely with primer.
6 Allow primer to air-dry completely.
When installing a new windshield:
1 Inspect windshield for scratches and damage.
2 Clean bonded area with activator.
Use non-woven cleaning cloth for cleaning bonded area.
3 Allow activator to air-dry for at least 10 minutes.
The adhesive bead must be applied after airing the cleaner and primer. Then glue in windshield within 30 minutes before adhesive force of glue decreases.
