Install and weld in center roof paneling

1	Install center roof paneling (1), fit and fasten.

2	Drill rivet holes on center roof paneling (1) with a diameter of 6.5 mm (areas A and B).

3	Remove center roof paneling (1).

4	Deburr rivet holes on both sides.

5	Coat rivet holes with zinc dust paint.

6	Apply sealant to roof bow.

7	Apply 2-component adhesive onto the cross-hatched areas.

 Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces (cross-hatched areas). Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of 2-component adhesive.
Do not cover rivet holes with 2-component adhesive.

8	Install center roof paneling (1), fit and fasten.

9	Rivet center roof paneling (1) with blind rivet with a diameter of 6.4 x 14 (areas A1 and B1).

10	Weld in center roof paneling (1) with   (areas C and D).

11	Clean weld joints.

12	Remove shavings and drill chips.
