Removing

Open driver door window

 Keep the driver door window open while the adhesive is hardening (waiting time), otherwise the antenna module cover (1) could be pushed outwards by the air pressure caused when the doors are closed.

Open liftgate

 See Operator's Manual

 Danger!

Risk of injury caused by slipping when inserting blade in the multicutter and by glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows

Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade.

Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.

Allow adhesive to dry

 After installing the antenna module cover (1), the vehicle should not be moved until the adhesive has dried; this ensures that the adhesive has sufficient bonding strength. Observe the drying time specified by the adhesive manufacturer.
