1 Adapt new part to repair area.
2 Saw new part to size using body saw.
3 Transfer holes for plug welding from roof frame to new part.
4 Punch 7 mm holes using hole punch.
5 Grind side paneling connection surfaces to bare metal (checked areas). Grind spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides. Coat insides of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
