Remove and install

Make sure the contact key is turned off

 Protect the dashboard and the seats, with appropriate woven fabric

Remove the cab internal linings

Remove the roof hatch

Loosen the screws (3) and washers (4) of the fiber roof (1)



Remove the outside sun-visor

Remove the antenna

Remove the roof clearance lamp

Utilize only appropriate lifting equipment. Always check the supports utilized for safety. Never circulate or remain under the tilted cab.

Cut-out the fiber roof (1) along the structure (2) and remove it

 Fiber roof

Utilize appropriate tool, for example: Jigsaw.

Remove the excess roof fiber (1) glued to the structure (2)

 Utilize appropriate tool, for example: Chisel.

Installing:

Apply glue, as indicated by the arrows and proceed the installation in reverse order of the operations

 Apply glue internally, on the entire roof structure contour.
