1 Cut glue off of floor plate (1) - see arrow - and extending aluminum channel (2) with cutting blade.
Do not leave more than 0.2 mm of old glue.

2 Cut new aluminum channel (2) to size, fit and fasten with C-clamp.
From outer edge of vehicle.
3 Drill 8.5 dia. hole (3) in floor panel (1) next to the cut aluminum channel (2).
4 Countersink both holes (3, 4).
5 Vacuum glue area with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
6 Clean gluing area with Körasol V WL cleaner and apply Körabond HG 81 primer.
Observe drying time!
7 Apply sealant on aluminum channel (2) with hand gun.
